Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items showing signs of use, washing, stains, odors, or damage not caused by us may be eligible only for a partial refund

For hygiene reasons, used or opened bath linens may not be accepted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
