Shipping Policy – PrimeTowel Canada

At PrimeTowel, we are committed to delivering premium bath towels quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for information on order processing, delivery times, and shipping coverage.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada

  • 🇺🇸 United States

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside Canada and the USA at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control may occur.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply during special campaigns


Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment


Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Orders)

  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • PrimeTowel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

PrimeTowel is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us at support@primetowel.ca within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
